These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of PenguDoku, a mobile puzzle game operated by IdleHands Studio ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PenguDoku, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
PenguDoku is a single-player puzzle game for iOS.
PenguDoku does not currently include accounts, multiplayer, chat, leaderboards, subscriptions, advertising, analytics, or in-app purchases.
IdleHands Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play PenguDoku for personal entertainment purposes.
All artwork, code, gameplay systems, graphics, sounds, text, and other game content remain the property of IdleHands Studio or its licensors.
You agree not to:
Game progress is stored locally on your device. IdleHands Studio is not responsible for lost progress resulting from device changes, deletion, resets, or technical issues.
PenguDoku currently offers no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid virtual items.
PenguDoku is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed toward children under 13.
Use of PenguDoku through Apple's App Store may also be subject to Apple's own terms and policies.
We may update or discontinue the game or its features at any time.
Your use of PenguDoku is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
PenguDoku is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdleHands Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
